GIAA, Coney Island Film Festival and Mamma's International Premiere at Raindance

We've got a great deal happening over the next few weeks. Fall is going to be gone before we know it!

This weekend is the Coney Island Film Festival in Brooklyn. We are screening at 2pm on Saturday at the Sideshow by the Seashore as part of shorts Program 2. This is a very fun festival and it is in the borough that I am extremely proud to call home. We very excited for this weekend's festivities. The CIFF will be honoring Darren Aronofsky this year on Sunday at 5pm. Check out the website for all details on the fest...

2010 Coney Island Film Festival

Follwing Coney Island is the 2010 Guild of Italian American Actors film Festival. The festival takes place October 1st through October 3rd at the Anthology Film Archives in NY's East Village. We were notified that Mamma has been awarded the Italian American Heritage Award. The award is for the film that best exemplifies the Italian Immigrant Experience. It is truly an honor to be recognized by my Italian American peers in this manner. We feel very blessed to be a part of this program. On October 6th we will be making our International Premiere at the Raindance Film Festival in London. This an amazing festival. It is a dream to be a part of such a program. Raindance is a true champion on Independent Cinema worldwide.
